Megan and Jason reached out a few months ago after a mutual friend connected us. We chatted over the phone and instantly clicked! Let's be honest here, a stranger putting a camera in your face can be a little awkward sometimes but I instantly felt comfortable around these two. Their love and warm energy was contagious! We stopped by the cherry blossom trees at Ault Park the first day they bloomed and holy cow they did not dissapoint. Their bloom cycle is short and these trees are so sneak! We only about one week to capture them and all their magic.
Megan + Jason's ceremony isn't until next year, which gave us the ability to choose the season their engagement session was shot in we talked about the possiblity of capturing some images at the park with the Cherry Blossoms and Megan jumped at the oppurtunity - I'm sure you can see why.
After exploring Ault Park we drove down to The Banks for our second location. Our city is full of so many gems its a perfect spot for any photos but it really adds to the romance of an e-session. Its always one of my go-to locations with so much to explore and to do it truly allows us to capture intimate candid moments. Like the love of your life moving the hair out of your face or holding your hand while you cross the street.
We had so much fun capturing these images for M+J they are dream clients and I cannot wait to capture their I do's. I am always blown away that my couples put so much trust in us and what we do. It's not something we ever take lightly. Now go check out these photos because I am OBSESSED!
