Bridget + Michael

reached out to me a few months back, about capturing their Halloween wedding ceremony. They initially had planned on getting married next year but due to a family members health they had decided to move their ceremony up a few months. I knew I had to work my hardest to capture their unique story and provide them with the best photos possible! I soon discovered that Bridget herself is a photographer, I'm not sure if you know this or not but having another photographer hire you as their photographer is such a huge honor!

Or at least, it is for me.

Bridget followed in the rest of her families footsteps by getting ready at her grandmas gorgeously lit home. All of the women in her family have the same posed photo at the bottom of her staircase. I mean what a special thing to be apart of! Ladies and gentlemen, I am telling you right now no matter how long or meticulous your planning is your wedding day will never go exactly as you planned. If it does let me know because I can make you a lot of money in wedding planning! We ran behind schedule, almost got kicked out the park right before the ceremony, all while we were covered in freezing rain and wind. None of that stopped Bridget + Michael from having one of the most beautiful and intimate ceremony's I've ever had the pleasure of photographing.

They toughed the weather and the crazy rude park lady with their closest family and friends and they did the damn thing! Theres no doubt in my mind that they are going to have a long beautiful life full of love and laughter together.
